What we store

The platform stores attendance records for your organisation: employee names, employee numbers, departments, punch times and the device or method that recorded each punch. Optional fields such as a phone check-in PIN or a CRM contact reference are stored only when you enter them.

Where it lives

Data is kept in this platform's own database and is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. Access requires your admin PIN.

Connections you enable

If you connect a CRM, messaging channel or webhook, attendance events are sent to the destination you configured, using the credentials you supplied. You can pause or remove any connection at any time, and the delivery log shows exactly what was sent.

Retention and removal

Records stay until you delete them. Removing an employee deletes their attendance records. Your data export is available as CSV from the Records and Reports pages.
