Putting attendance inside Bitrix24 without extra licences
Why teams copy punch data into the CRM by hand, and how a webhook turns each punch into a timeline entry on the right contact.
Most teams run attendance in one system and customer work in another. The gap is manual: someone exports a spreadsheet, then pastes half of it into the CRM, and nobody trusts the numbers by the end of the month.
Bitrix24 accepts incoming webhooks, which means an attendance platform can write to the CRM directly. Create the webhook under Developer resources, copy the URL, and paste it into the integration settings.
From then on each punch becomes a timeline comment on the employee's contact: time, direction, and lateness where relevant. Managers read it inside the tool they already open every day, and the spreadsheet disappears.
